One of the biggest highlights of 2018 for me was collaborating with Nia The Light 
Here's some of what we got up to in Cape Town back in November

This year has been such a significant year. 21 days 
in and I decided to cut my hair. When I did that, I felt 
unstoppable and decided to heal things that were going on inside. I met my inner child, I let her pain go and I still do day by day.  I invested more time into 
myself, I graduated from University whilst building 
an online brand.  I forgave myself for things I could've 
or should’ve done better. I faced my fears. I apologized to those I needed to and forgave those I needed to.  moved into my first home. I built a stronger relationship with my parents, my brothers, my sisters and most importantly myself.

This shoot was really symbolic for me as it shows some of the different styles I possess.  I think everyday woman should be able to unlock the different aspects of themselves freely without any judgement or fear of what others will think. Let your soul shine. You do not have to be one thing or look one way. The world we live in right now has such emphasis of people being in a group and sticking to that. I’ve realized it makes people feel safe and a part of something. So let’s all focus on building that sense of safe and home within us. 

Being a young woman has been full of so much growth. Most recently I have been discovering my sensual and confident side. I’ve always been very shy and an earthy kind of girl but the more I grow the more I want to discover different aspects of myself. My body is changing and the way I see myself is too. I’ve been single for a long time now and I think it’s such a liberating thing for me to grow through in my life right now because I am gaining an understanding of the kind of love I want to give to myself and the love I want to receive. I am setting my own standard because I am deserving of the love I keep trying to give to everyone else.

I’m in a space where I have an immense amount of gratitude daily for the life I live. Since I was 16 I feel like life just went by and I had all these amazing experiences but because of how jam packed it was, I didn’t get to truly live in the moment. Now that I have my own home, I spend a lot of time alone and I’ve found myself reflecting on my life and all of the things I have achieved.
